The customer wishes to return an unused product due to dissatisfaction
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Original tags, accessories, and manuals must be included
Fashion items may be opened for inspection but must retain original tags

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or legal reasons:
Used, altered, or damaged items
Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products
Underwear, socks, swimwear, and hosiery
Baby hygiene products
Digital or downloadable products
3. How to Start a Return

👉 All approved returns must be sent by mail using the instructions provided by our support team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund
Orders already shipped must follow the standard return process
7. International & United States Customers
Subhanallah Shopping operates from Pakistan and serves customers worldwide, including the United States.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
Refund timelines and return eligibility remain the same for U.S. customers
